Pilot terms

The service

Quote preflight is an invitation-only experimental service operated by Sonsoles RKT, SL. It identifies stated, missing, and uncertain requirements in screen-printing quote requests and drafts clarification questions. It does not calculate prices, judge printability, place orders, or contact your customer.

Your trial

The trial includes up to 10 requests over 14 days. The target paid price under evaluation is USD 39 per month; no subscription starts and no payment is charged without a separate checkout and your explicit purchase.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, represent a US screen-printing business, have the right to process every file you upload, redact unnecessary personal information, and review every result. Do not upload malicious files, secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, or regulated sensitive data.

Experimental output

Model output may be incomplete or wrong. Every extracted field must be reviewed against its displayed source before it affects a quote. You remain responsible for quotations, production decisions, customer communication, and legal compliance.

Your content

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant us only the permission needed to process it, produce the checklist, secure the service, and measure the pilot as described in the privacy notice. We do not use it to train models.

Availability and liability

The pilot is provided without an uptime commitment and may be changed or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Sonsoles RKT, SL is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, production errors, or decisions made without the required human review.
